Costa Rica Coast to Coast Jungle Trek and Raft 2011

This coast to coast challenge will take place from 9th to 20th November 2011 and will involve travelling from the Pacific Coast to the Caribbean Coast on foot and raft! Costa Rica is home to 5% of the planet’s biodiversity making this a truly amazing but challenging trip. You will travel through rarely visited regions, through coffee plantations, past smoking volcanoes, through oak forests and deep into cloud forest and dense tropical rainforest before finally finishing on a beautiful tropical beach. 2010 Vietnam-Cambodia Cycle Challenge
The Vietnam-Cambodia Cycle Challenge took place from 24th February to 7th March 2010 .The challenge took the cyclists 525km from Ho Chi Minh (formerly Saigon) city, through the rice-paddies and waterways of the beautiful Mekong Delta into Cambodia.They cycled through this friendly country towards one of the wonders of Southeast Asia, the Royal Temples of Angkor Wat. Engineers Against Poverty are very grateful to all twelve cyclists who successfully completed the challenge and raised nearly £37,000 in sponsorship.
