London to Paris Cycle

This summer Krishan Meetoo will be cycling from London to Paris in aid of Engineers Against Poverty (EAP). Krishan is the founder of a pioneering sustainable design consultancy and has developed solutions for Siemens Wind Power, NHS & Jaguar Land Rover. While undertaking an Industrial placement with BLOODHOUND Project, Britain’s next attempt at the land speed record, he was introduced to EAP while working at Engineering UK. He says it was EAP’s ambition and dedication to a truly vital cause that particularly struck a chord with him.

The challenge, starting on the 13th June 2013, will be spread out over 4 days covering 300 miles. Krishan is aiming to raise at least £1,500 for EAP. While sponsored cycles aren’t anything new to him, having helped launch ‘Bicycles For Uganda’, this challenge is on a completely different scale! Any support you can give Krishan will be truly appreciated. To donate please visit his Just Giving page or text EAPC99 and amount to 70070.

EAP is not currently running any bespoke challenges , but you may like to take part in an open challenge for EAP. Open challenges are open to anyone wanting to raise money for any charity. These trips are run by Discover Adventure:
